Session Details

  • For free discovery call please go to the contact us page and fill out the necessary information. We will attempt to contact you within 24 hours after submission.

  • All counselling sessions are 55 minutes in duration.

  • Sessions are available Monday to Sunday, between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

  • All sessions are currently conducted online.

Fees

  • The fee for each individual session is ₹1,500, and a couple's session is ₹2,900.

  • At present, we do not accept insurance. This may change in the future.

Payment

  • Payment must be completed prior to the session.

  • Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received and may be cancelled if payment is incomplete.

  • If you are experiencing financial difficulty, a payment plan may be discussed. Please note that counsellors are compensated only at the agreed session rate and do not receive additional financial support.

New Clients

  • New clients are required to complete an intake and consent form prior to their first session.

Booking Policy

  • All appointments must be booked exclusively through our website.

  • We do not accept booking requests via WhatsApp or email.

Communication

  • Our WhatsApp number is intended only for urgent matters or booking-related queries.

  • Please do not use WhatsApp for general communication outside of these purposes.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. Extended sessions may be arranged and will be charged accordingly. Availability depends on bookings scheduled after your session. Please inform us in advance so we can reserve the appropriate time. Requests for extended sessions may be communicated via email or WhatsApp.

  • Yes. You will receive an email reminder prior to your session, which will include your Google Meet link, invoice, and payment details. Payment must be completed before the session to avoid cancellation.

  • Your appointment may be cancelled unless alternative payment methods are discussed with the counsellor.

  • Unfortunately, payments are non-refundable in the case of non-attendance. Please be mindful when booking appointments. You may cancel your session up to 2 hours prior to the appointment time without incurring a fee.

  • Unfortunately, no. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time to respect subsequent appointments. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session.

  • Yes. All therapy sessions are confidential. Confidentiality may only be breached if there is a risk of harm to the client or others, or if client records are legally required to be released under a court order. Further details are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

  • In urgent situations, you may contact us via our WhatsApp number, and we will do our best to provide appropriate guidance or triage support. Clients are also encouraged to use the emergency contacts and helplines listed in the intake form. Please note that our services are not a substitute for emergency care.

  • Yes. Therapy is guided by the client’s comfort and pace. Clients may choose to pause or discontinue sessions at any time. No decisions regarding therapy are made without the client’s consent.

  • No. Counselling sessions are not recorded. Counsellors are required to maintain written clinical notes; however, no audio or video recordings are made. In the rare event that recording is required, explicit consent will be obtained beforehand.
